Please read this Web Services user Agreement (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Web Services (defined below). By accessing and/or using the Web Services, you agree to these Terms. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS.
This site (www.innbparkhotel.com) is owned and operated by Apocity Sdn Bhd, hereby also referred to as 'The Hotel' or "IBP". Your access to this Web service is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained below and elsewhere on the Website (known collectively as “Terms and Conditions”). By using the Web services you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Use of Web Services This Web Service and its contents are intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals above the age of 18. IBP may at any time, without assigning any reasons or without prior notice, terminate, restrict, or suspend your use of or access to any part, or all, of the Website, without any liability to you or any other person.

Intellectual Property
IBP retains all rights, title and interest in all pages, contents and graphics on IBP’s website including but not limited to IBP’s trade name, logo, designs and publications. No permission or authorization is granted to any individual or group to print, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, upload, download, store, display in public, alter, or modify any registered or unregistered trademarks, materials or other proprietary information or intellectual property except for the downloading and printing of documents for personal record-keeping purposes.

User’s Responsibilities
You warrant and represent that you will not use the Web Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or prohibited by these Terms, including, without limitation, the sending, posting, transmitting, displaying, distributing or knowingly receiving of or searching for any threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, sexually oriented, pornographic, or profane material, content or images, or other images, content or messages that might be considered lewd, lascivious, excessively violent or otherwise offensive. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Web Services immediately terminates without the necessity of any notice. We retain the right to deny access to anyone at our discretion for any legally permissible reason, including for violation of these Terms and Conditions. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete User Information.

Prohibited Activities
You are specifically prohibited from any use of the Web Services, and you agree not to use or permit others to use the Web Services, to do any of the following:
  1. take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on, or waste of valuable time for, the Web Services’ infrastructure or resources, including, but not limited to, sending or promoting the distribution of “spam,” “junk mail,” chain letters, or other such unsolicited or unlawful mass e-mailing techniques;
  2. Access or attempt to access our information technology systems, environments, networks, files, data or accounts to which express authorization has not been obtained (including access to data not intended for you), or log into a server or account that you are not authorized to access;
  3. Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, modify, remove or reverse engineer any of the software or HTML code comprising or in any way making up a part of the Web Services;
  4. Interfere with, disrupt, disable or damage (or attempt to interfere with, disrupt, disable or damage), in an unauthorized manner, the use or operation of the Web Services or the Providers’ systems, equipment or applications, or service to any user, host, or network, including by use of any programs, scripts, commands, viruses, worms, web bugs, harmful code, Trojan horses, other contaminants, or otherwise, which includes “denial of service” attacks, “flooding” of networks, deliberate attempts to overload a service or to burden excessively a service’s resources, attempts to “crash” a host, and/or modifying or rerouting any Content or services provided via the Web Services;
  5. Attempt to circumvent or subvert system or network security (i.e., authentication) mechanisms, or probe the security of any system, network, or account, associated or used in conjunction with the Web Services;
  6. Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any personal information, content, or proprietary material that you do not have a right to transmit under these Terms and Conditions, any law or other contractual or fiduciary relationships;
  7. Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law; and,
  8. Use any robot, spider, intelligent agent, meta-searching or other automatic device, or manual process to search, monitor or copy the Web Services’ pages, or the Content without our prior written permission, provided that generally available third party web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer® may be used without such permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable steps to ensure that the materials published on the Website are accurate at the time of preparation. IBP regularly reviews the Website and its policies and will update the pages to reflect changes in circumstances. However, the internet has inherent risks and we cannot guarantee that your access to and use of this Web Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the Web services will be free from loss, corruption, attack, interference, hacking or other security intrusions.
Notwithstanding all efforts made by IBP to ensure the accuracy of the Website, no responsibility, warranty or liability of any kind, implied, expressed, or statutory is accepted by the Company in respect of any use or reference to the Website, or for any inaccuracies, omissions, misstatements or errors in the said material or for any economic or other loss to you or any visitor, caused either directly or indirectly by his/her reliance on the accuracy and/or timeliness of information provided on the Web Services.

Refund Policy and Room Reservations
Reservations should only be made by the guest or for invited guests. Reservations for the purpose of reselling, posting, advertising or marketing reservation information through third part websites or other means, or any false, fraudulent or speculative reservations are not allowed. Change of guest names on any reservation is typically not allowed unless there are special circumstances deemed acceptable by the hotel Management team. It is at the management’s discretion and the hotel deserves all rights to reject a check-in if the guest name is different from the name as stated on the reservation. No refunds will be made for cancellations made 4 days prior to the expected check in date. IBP reserves the right to charge a nominal administration fee of RM50 for all cancellations and/or booking changes made 24 hours after the booking has been confirmed. IBP will not provide refunds for no-shows. IBP reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservation you have made in its sole discretion without notice if we have reason to believe that a breach of the above terms have been made.
For group booking requiring more than 8 rooms for the same period of stay, you must make the reservation directly by contacting us at admin@innbpark.com.

Governing Law
Our operations are based in our main office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This Policy is thus governed by and construed in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Those who choose to access the Website from other countries do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws, including laws regarding the transmission of technical data from the country in which they reside.
In an event that one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions are deemed by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall be struck and the remaining unaffected provisions enforced in full force and effect.
